Quality Standards

Production capacity and equipment

Our Company has total capacity of 400 MT / Annum for various types of shrink sleeves. The capacity of Dry Cell Battery Sleeve is 200 MT / Annum. Our capacity for other types of shrink sleeve is to the tune of 200 MT / Annum.

Technology Advancement

Extrusion Machines

Extrusion machines are especially dedicated for production of Dry Cell Battery Sleeves.
The same are designed to manufacture sleeves from 12mm to 150mm. These machines are capable of manufacturing sleeves for packaging and specialty productions

Palletizer

Palletizing machine is equipped to produce 400 MT / Annum of required granules,used as input raw material for manufacturing sleeves.

Compounding

S.S. Mixers are used for manufacturing compound with a specific chemical used for manufacturing different types of sleeves. The mixture is semi-automated with excellent temperature and speed control. The total capacity of both the mixtures is 600 MT / Annum

Cutting Machine

The Cutting Machines are capable of processing 2 million pcs / day. The machines have excellent censor and tension control for precise and accurate cutting.
